Crewsmith SMS Terms
These terms apply to transactional text messages sent by Crewsmith through Crewsmith.
Program Description
Crewsmith sends service-related SMS messages including service request updates, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician on-the-way notices, invoice links, review links, and direct customer-service replies. This program is transactional and is not used for marketing or promotional messages.
Consent Is Optional
You do not need to agree to receive SMS messages to request service or buy goods or services from Crewsmith. You may opt in using the SMS consent form.
Frequency, Fees, And Delivery
Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out And Help
Reply STOP to any SMS from Crewsmith to opt out. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in where supported. Reply HELP for help, use the SMS preferences form, or contact jeff@crewsmith.app or +17193235819.
Privacy
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Read the Crewsmith SMS privacy disclosure.
Crewsmith sends testing and demo texts for simulated appointments, service updates, quotes, invoices, feedback, and customer support to participants who opt in. This program does not send promotional offers or represent real trade services.
